We carefully inspect every piece before shipping, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Want something different? The fastest way is to email us at apps@shirindiamond.com with the item link or number of what you’d like instead. We’ll set it aside while your return is on the way.

Once we receive your return, your exchange ships out promptly. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either issue a credit or email you an invoice for payment before sending your exchange.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process.)
