Item arrived damaged, both ball ends had damaged threaded posts. Working with seller via email on a replacement. UPDATE: Seller provided return shipping and replacement item arrived in a timely manner. Replacement item worked well for two weeks and then the threaded post on one ball end stripped as well; item is now unusable and useless. The threaded posts on the ball ends are just too small and delicate for this gauge of body jewelry. Will be requesting a refund and likely shopping elsewhere.
