If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible returns within the United States include:

Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items may be returned within 30 days of delivery:

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned merchandise must:

• Be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Be new, unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, sizing, alteration, repair, or modification
• Be free from scratches, dents, chips, or missing stones
• Include all original packaging, boxes, manuals, and accessories
• Include all certificates, grading reports, authenticity cards, and appraisal documents
• Include all original security tags, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may qualify for a reduced refund at our discretion.

Inspection Period

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Bullion Products — All Sales Final

Due to the continuously changing market value of precious metals, all bullion sales are final.

Bullion products are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once an order has been placed, authorized, or processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Gold bars and gold coins
• Silver bars and silver coins
• Platinum bars and platinum coins
• Palladium bars and palladium coins
• Investment bullion
• Precious-metal rounds
• Commemorative bullion products
• Minted precious-metal products

The bullion final-sale policy applies regardless of market-price fluctuations, change of mind, customer ordering errors, duplicate orders, shipping delays, or refused deliveries.

If a bullion product is received damaged or the incorrect product is shipped, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can review the matter.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

The following items are also non-returnable:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Personalized or engraved items
• Special-order merchandise
• Sized or resized rings, unless incorrectly sized by us
• Altered, repaired, or modified jewelry
• Items showing signs of wear
• Items missing certificates, grading reports, or appraisal documents
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Items damaged after delivery
• Gift cards
• Items specifically marked Final Sale or Clearance

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it qualifies under this policy.

If the return is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Your financial institution may require 3–10 business days to post the refund

Expedited shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Shirin Diamond Center.

Exchanges

Please contact us before returning an item if you would like a different ring size, chain length, bracelet size, style, color, or replacement item.

If the requested replacement is available, we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

Eligible jewelry orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy.

Bullion orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been authorized or processed because precious-metal market prices fluctuate continuously.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier may be subject to:

• Return shipping charges
• Carrier fees
• Applicable restocking fees

These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shirin Diamond Center is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is lost while in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Other governmental or carrier charges

These charges are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse Returns

Shirin Diamond Center reserves the right to:

• Refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
• Deny returns involving suspected fraud, theft, abuse, or merchandise switching
• Limit excessive or abusive return activity
• Verify the authenticity and condition of merchandise before issuing a refund
• Require signature confirmation
• Request government-issued identification when necessary
